To process bookings and orders, assign technicians, send notifications and updates, verify payments, provide warranty service, and improve our services.
Your name, contact number, service address and the details of your job are shared only with the technician(s) assigned to your booking or delivery, solely to complete the service. We do not sell your personal information.
Passwords are encrypted, the website uses a secure (https) connection, and access to customer data is restricted to authorized admin and technician accounts.
You may update your profile information, request a copy of your account details, or contact us to request deletion of your account and associated data.
