By creating an account and using Cenila Air Condition Services' website, you agree to the following terms:
Cenila provides AC cleaning, repair, installation, maintenance, freon recharge, relocation, and checkup services, as well as the sale of air conditioning units, within our covered service areas in Laguna, Cavite, Batangas, and Pampanga.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
All service bookings are subject to admin confirmation and technician availability. Product orders are subject to stock availability and successful payment verification.
Product orders are paid by GCash or bank transfer (in full, or a downpayment with the balance paid online or in cash on delivery) and need proof of payment, which we verify before the order is processed. Service visits are paid after the work is done, in cash to the technician. Service prices shown on the website are starting prices; the technician tells you the final price before starting any work. Extra installation work beyond what a unit's free installation covers is charged only after you agree to it.
You can cancel a product order for free before we confirm your payment. After your payment is confirmed, a 10% cancellation fee of the order total is deducted and the rest of what you paid is refunded. Service bookings can be cancelled for free while still pending; approved bookings can only be cancelled through Admin.
Completed services and delivered products are covered by a limited warranty period. Warranty claims are subject to admin review and approval.
You agree not to misuse the platform, submit false information, or interfere with technicians performing their duties.
Cenila may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
